As the morning dragged on, Haka found her way to the tents of the Kami, who were, she had been told, kinda important. She had her doubts, personally, but then, she also knew that she might be wrong, and why take the chance?

A bundle of tiny wooden figures in her arms, she made a wide ring around their campsite, setting up each of the figures a few inches from the previous in a rough circle, tiny soldiers protecting their towering gods.
