Ko and Taochusu crush a goblin a piece with their vicious blows clipping another one as well.

Inga finishesd off a goblin and Satone makes short work of the last one standing smashing it to a fine paste.

Howver she ignored the group of raging little monsters behind her who pounce and rain stone knives on her lower back and legs cutting dep.

Reo pulls out an arrow and sinks it into the taller goblin whose complexion is worsening and seems to be sweating profusely. The tall goblin scans the battle field and sees his forces more than half defeated and himself on the verge of death. He darts into the ruins seeing he has lost the advantage.

The fact that their commander has abandoned them seems lost on the frenzying pair of goblins who launch themselves at Ko and their blows strike true but seem to lack some of their power.

Even these bakemono have the bright weapons. We really are alone on our shore.

She channels her frustration into a furious swing of her warclub that leaves the last goblin more paste than living thing.

The lone little goblin is already quite dead, it just doesn't know it yet. So Taochusu pulled the pouch that Phi gave him earlier and coated his hammer, as he got back in line to face the next wave.

While waiting for the next wave, Taochusu takes a few deep breaths and focuses his mind, preparing for his next strike and hyping himself up to push through the pain. He is as ready as he can be for the next wave.

She fished a hollow section of bamboo tube out of her belt pouch and, with great care, pulled the stopper and tipped out a little of the precious jade salve onto the leading edge of her warclub. Then she took a deep breath to steady herself and set her stance again.

You’ve barely had time to wipe the blood from your weapons when the earth shakes in a terrifying rhythm. Soon three towering figures could be seen approaching you and soon emerge from the dense ruins. 8 feet tall and heavily muscled, they bear a resemblance to the ogres the seidou talk about but somehow more muscular and twisted. A blood thirsty roar tears through the area as the hulking beasts charge.
