Day 6: Marching
Day 7
Days: 22:00 5/27-11:59 5/30
Location:
North-North Mountain City
One of the outlying cities of the Nezumi Empire. Like most Nezumi cities, what most humans would think of as usual footpaths connecting the town are replaced by spacious tunnels underground. In fact, most of the city is underground aside from some looming spires that mark the locations of the most important buildings in the city. The city is located in a valley in the Twilight Mountain foothills.
The Seidou have spoken often of their relations with the Nezumi farther south, but what they said did not prepare for the situation at hand. They seem to be holding up, but the city you encounter is a shadow of what they described. The residents are nervous and tend to stick to their homes as much as possible, and you see few of the ogres and goblins you were told to expect as their servants. What could be going on?
Weather:
The cold weather from two days ago cleared up as you left the area, and returned to the late spring southern balmyness. The air has become increasingly humid, and the underground environs of the Nezumi city turn out to be a welcome relief as the underground environment leaves it pleasantly cool without being too cold. A light patter of rain starts during the late afternoon and continues through the night.
Events:
LM: Diplomacy with the Nezumi (This event opens at 12:00 PDT)
