Bloodless magic before the Day of Thunder! Sacrilege!
(And an excellent idea. Unlike canon, shugenja have reason post-game to realize Kansen are a greater threat than they originally knew, if they even knew of them at all. So, there's reason to push for bloodless casting. I'm glad it was funded now for the sake of our shugenja character next game.)
