I was intending to put a goal point towards making an art. I think I'll donate said art to the main Imperial library. Those heading the Library Project, got a request for a woodcarving?

Jin is currently looking at combining his quest to find and protect the Thunders with his need to marry and will likely end up wed to the widowed or unwed mother of Otaku. (3 point cost)

If he gets outside points towards that he'll then work on making the spell he's devising for that quest available. (2 point cost)

If there's a surplus of points even after that he'll also contribute to spreading their treatment methods for Shinjo through the Empire. Basically introducing formal and tested physical therapy. (Point cost unknown yet - presumably two or three needed)

A statue of Fukurokujin might be the best or the worst idea there. Especially if you go for "different aspects of the same god", like the Seven in Westeros (we have models for the warrior and the maiden).

Sora would want a sculpture of Reiko there, since she was the first one to start teaching him to read and write, which began his own journey.

Or wooden reliefs of each clan's symbol, plus one for the Nezumi, and one for Shinsei for their respective sections.
