Ninube has some security concerns and is trying to grab one person for each Clan to talk about it.

She sent word to specific members of the Crane, Dragon, Ki-Rin, Spider, Stag, and the Imperials. She wasn't sure who to invite from other Clans, so she just kinda mentioned to someone in each other Clans so they can figure it out who to send if anyone.

Limits: Technically, none, but more than a couple per Clan will make the Thread huge, so preferably no more than one or two. Especially once Ninube brings up what she sees as the real problem and well, honestly, I have no idea how people will react, but it may or may not cause a lot of discussion. Or the Thread may burn in the flames of pointlessness as Ninube is seen as overreacting. Who knows?

Sora will, as per PM, be attending, and will also try to bring Ch'chit T'kkiri, mostly 'cause he thinks the Nezumi are too great an asset not to be brought onboard with the issues at hand.

Ninube likes the Nezumi. She's just not sure how relevant her major concern is to those not part of the Empire which is why she didn't go out of her way to invite them. But if a Nezumi shows up, he's welcomed.

What about those of us that are still parts of tribes?

Well, Ninube's thought process is the meeting will go like this:

1. This a concern.

2. We, as the Empire, should probably make plans to stop this.

She's not banning anyone from showing up, but she didn't invite them either since she figured that most of the discussion will be about point 2 (unless people choose to ignore her) and wouldn't be of interest to the tribes. She just figured they will do their own thing without Imperial input. That said, she's not going to turn someone from a tribe away.

Though again, for practical purposes, prefer to keep it to one or two per tribe as the Thread could wind up giant.

I'd prefer no tribes, but not my meeting.
