I may toss my second Void point at blindly throwing 3k2 at the Commerce roll and hoping Orokos, Fortune of Dung, doesn't see my pants.

Yeah, there is no penalty for trying a roll, and if you are unskilled you can't assist anyway.

Exactly - better to try and hope even an unskilled 2d10 comes up 20 since there's no penalty for failing.

And it looks like I can replace my hunting roll with magic so I guess I don't need assistance or be assisting.

Note - my Earth's touch can be cast on others. So if someone wants to try the Intimidate, speak to me first, for that extra 1 Willpoower.

of course i go for 2 raises with 6k5....and fail by 2....

Yeah sadly though my unskilled intimidate would be a lot better than unskilled courtier there's no way Jin is going that route as a character.

Just turfed my Commerce stab in the dark! No shocker, looking for a 20 on 3k2 was always a desperation move.

We're already up to 11 points. Just 9 more to avoid the penalty, and 19 more to get the initial bonus.

I suppose I could spend the rest of my void trying 3k2 rolls maybe, if it comes to it.

Original posting was incorrect. Total Provision Points needed have been adjusted since then.

Gonna try Hunting with one Raise, and then spending Void on the others with TA. +5 is better than explosions, I feel.

For everything but maths I have 6k5/7k6 potential.
