Would Shinjo and/or Hantei be available LA? If not we can assume Jin lays out the results of Xia's pathfinding and Agasha's concerns sometime offscreen.

Technically both Shinjo and Hantei are reasonable appearances, and I won't say no to Shinsei's presence, since all three are in positions of authority over the expedition. But, Phi is specifically requesting Shinjo.
So that you're aware: She's approaching Shinjo to discuss regulation of guard/patrol rotations once they're out of Nezumi lands, after the incident in the Swamp of Sorrows, and wants to insist on guard rotations that have at least a couple solid scouts taking Early Night, and Late Night shifts intentionally. (She already takes Late Night/Hour of the Ox herself.)
She'll also probably ask weird questions about Shinjo's brother Bayushi while she has the chance.

Also, adding, since Kaze and I (and probably others eventually in various threads) are trying to check the marketplace on the off chance there's Jade...
Early Afternoon included is an Etiquette roll to be polite in approaching the rats. Yay, Orokos doesn't hate me there!

I'm also on the hunt, but maybe it's better to wait for the EM event to progress a bit so we know how much the rats hate us?
I mean, we already did antagonize the Seidou last time...
