Previews for Dawn 3 (April 2021)

Posting over here from Discord for those who aren't on there.
- 130XP for new characters.
- Daimyo-level characters may not be reprised.
- The status of heirs (Champions/Daimyo) is 4. Other important children range from status 2 to 4. [Note: Ranks in Social Position must be purchased from now on]
- Different School, Forbidden Knowledge: Maho, Hero of the People, Cast Out (Canary: tentative until I can reread it), and Forced Retirement are now permitted Advantages/Disadvantages. Imperial Spouse is allowed, but limited.

Location is going to be the Imperial palace+city.
Basically, a lot of people came on over because they had business there or with the Emperor, and now it's winter so I guess this is an opportunity!

The current plan is to open the forum on the 1st and start game on the 10th.
Submissions will probably open along with the forum on April 1st.
The general idea is that you showed up for a big important wedding and got snowed in, so while you're there you might as well politics. The marriage is between Nanzi Ananzihime and Hadananzi.
