North-North Mountain City is known for having one of the largest collections of memory sticks remaining since the destruction of the capitol. The building containing them is another large one. There is a central library area, surrounding by individual rooms set up something like meditation chambers, with a seat and a display created to hold multiple sticks while a Nezumi studies.
