The day had been an eventful one, and Reo let out the breath he hadn't realized he had been holding. The sun was a fleeting memory, and the waning sunlight of dusk gave Reo the last remnants of the day.
Would it be so bad, really, if I just relaxed here for a spell?

"It's been easy to find here." Reo pulls out his mortar and pestle, grinding up the herbs to a paste. He adds a few drops of water and grinds again, continuing until just a sticky liquid remains. With a practiced motion he continues to dip another round of arrows into the concoction.
