Jongwun asked, "What happened, how did they prove unworthy?"

Kinsen sighs. "Many are too stubborn and unaware they can be better. Others are lazy to serve to their full capacity. Is it not the same with how you're trying to get people to join the Crane?"

Nanzi nodded and said, "Not all are meant to be Crane, some are meant for other destinies... farming the land, serving lesser roles."

"Lesser, and yet, highly important." Kinsen mentions, looking at them to read reactions –– not that she was good at that, by any chance.

Nanzi said, "All people have their place in the divine order, from the high to the low."

Jongwun just nodded in agreement while Jigutsuji just smiled and continues his cleaning. Nanzi added, "Such is the way of things."

Kinsen bods to that, even if she knows that order has some loopholes for the bold, the brave and the unfortunate.

Stretching her arms a bit, she asks Nanzi. “Anything you require, please let me know. We’re not family by blood, but we are by devotion.”

"The same for you, sister, we are family, that is enough," he said kindly.

Kinsen smiles to his care.
