A recent construction in the town surrounding the castle, this brewery is already making a name for itself as a premier producer of grain alcohol. Run by Oshuko and Taka, a couple from the coast, the brewery has enjoyed direct patronage from Hida himself who apparently had been looking for a good drink for some time. If asked, the owners always say the quality of their brew is due to the clean waters of the Seigo river they collect the water from.
