I don't think the Isawa have joined the Imperials yet - just a lot of ex-Isawa. Kyosei seemed interested in maybe having them go that route but not certain it was a goal this game.

Yeah it takes a while to shake it. Though to be fair I sometimes peek back at forums months later just to see if anything got posted OOC. Though part of that is not being on Discord.

Mechanically, as opposed to fluff, it seems what would likely fit that idea best is a kind of charge system.
